FSB was incorporated on 29 Jul 1998 and it is principally is a publication and Event Management. The first product to launch was KLue as amagazine and website. Over the years, the media company has added more media titles to its portfolio including Junk and Tongue in Chic, and diversified into markets beyond just publishing. In the last two years event organization and brand consultancy work for blue-chip brands have become a growth business for the group.
FSB is recognized as one of the major clients (Companies) Celcom (M) Berhad, BMW Malaysia Sdn Bhd, Digi Telecommunication Sdn Bhd, Telekom Malaysia Berhad, Maxis Mobile Services Sdn Bhd and others Bluechip company.
